Pickled herring in cream sauce (Swedish side I guess) for me.
I am always told to bring it and no one ever touches it (except me since I bought it and it is not cheap).
nothing at my house....we only make food we like I guess.
the stuffing if it did not turn out other than that nothing.
Yuck.
For me, it's usually cranberry relish ... not everyone likes it.
Green Bean Casserole! this year I declared no more (I'm hosting this time and can do that) and am making an Orange All-Spice Glazed Green Bean Dish instead!
When it's my immediate family doing the cooking, nothing. When we've been to others' houses, none of us can touch the candied yams or ambrosia salad... ugh.
Gosh, I guess we are piggies. we never leave anything untouched on our table.we have our favorite dishes and we really don't fix something if nobody is going to like it.
What traditional food(s) end up on the Thanksgiving table that usually ends up untouched?
