I do! every time my husband and I are having a rough month (with money and what not)...it just seems like we are blessed with something. Last summer a lady that we go to church with came up to me while my husband and I were doing laundry at a local laundry mate and handed me $800.00.
My husband's glasses broke while he was at work and we didn't have any money to fix them and someone left us a check for $100 at the church we were going to.
For the first three months that we were married our electric bill was zero dollars.
We didn't have a dinner table and we had a little extra money one month, but I wanted to save it, so I prayed that GOD would take care of it, the very next day a couple that we knew called me and asked if we wanted their dinette set that they had. (And we never even mentioned that we needed a dinner table to anyone, they just said that they really felt led to call us first).
I think I'm very blessed compared to others in this world!

Yes I do feel blessed. even threw my trials. Lately I have been feeling real sad and depressed. I still know I am blessed by the lord. I am very thank full:)
When I think of blessings, I think of things other than money. It's a blessing ot have as much money as you need, and in some cases people have more than that. way more. I think of my blessings in term of loyal family and friends. The ability to see, hear, smell, reason. To be mobile--that is a big blessing to me. I'd take health over wealth any day. God, being great gives me both!!

Yesssssss, lol, God works in mysterious ways. I feel blessed especially right now, being able to have another breath of life, healthy mom, focused sister and caring boyfriend. Step by step, God will lead me and provide my needs as I continue to heed his call.

I usually struggle all by my lonesome, no matter how rough the road gets, I never expect nor ask anyone for anything. My husband and I have always been that way. Thankfully, we have never had any money issues together, but I've had them before we got married when I first started out. let me tell you, nothing cool like that happened for me. I just had to suck it up and drive on. but when things get better for me, they tend to stay better, and I keep getting up.

I am blessed every day! I know the things you are talking of. I too know that Gods gifts arent like hitting the lottery because the lottery is a game. Gods love for us and his desire for us to have the things that we need in life are not a game to him. just as an earthly father trys to provide for his child, our heavenly father provides everything no matter what it is. he teaches us lessons by letting us fall, but we get a great gift every time he picks us back up and sets us to rights.
Those who dont believe in God, will one day understand and wonder why it took them so long.
Try to return Gods love though, Smile at a stranger walking past, they just may be having a bad day or rough go and your smile will make them smile and their day will turn around.

Well, let's see...you mostly talked about material objects, so...no, you are definitely not blessed, relatively speaking.
Think about it. A lot of people out there drive a Mercedes and have two at home in the garage, wear Prada every day, and vacation all over the world. You are worried about a lousy little electric bill and had gone months with a balance on it. You didn't even have a table to eat on, but somehow you were "blessed" with someone's hand-me-downs? what kind of crap is that? You need a bumper sticker that says, "Jesus loves me a little bit."
There are people wallowing in filthy conditions, children all over the world being beaten, starved, raped, and killed in sweaty jungles. The very thought that some of us are "blessed" is insane. if you think you are somehow special to your god, what kind of god is that? PEOPLE are supposed to pick favorites, not god. Agggghhhhh, people make me sick with their pathetic little assumptions....dinette set...jeez...
More than you know. I start my day and end it by thanking God for the blessings he has bestowed throughout my whole life.. We have lost many many material possessions and been poorer than you can know, but we always been able to keep the family together and no one has been lost. The hurricane took the house and everything we owned, but we were physically safe. just a couple of months later I was slammed into by a drunk driver so hard my car flew into a phone post clean across the intersection. I was literally prayed well. I have no memory of the first 7 months of last year from this and remain with some disability, but considering all brain surgeons brought in said I would not likely live through the surgery....and here I am. Blessed more. thank You, God.

Yes, I'm blessed that I can look back on my life and see that God was with me, changing me and giving me strength. I can see how God brought my husband into my life. We have 2 healthy children. My husband has a good job and we have all that we need but not all that we want., which no one has all that they want these days. We can helps others with what God has blessed us with.
Really when we think about blessings of God the All-Mighty we cannot count them. Freedom, health, basic necessities what to count!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Umm, you are her parent right? So tell her, " hey pal no ihops at the dinner table"lol. I mean it is your right to tell her what you will allow and what you wont. Let her walk all over you, and you are in for a very bumpy ride.Teenagers, especially girls like to play the power stuggles against their parents.Put your foot down and start setting boundaries.
