I bought a 5 piece dinette set with leather chairs. The stitching on 2 of the chairs are coming apart at the seam and the table has a big crack in it, and the whole table has little lines (little cracks? I don't know how to explain it) in it. The table also has a spot on it where I had spilled some oil out of a glade scented oil plug ins- which has completely removed the stain from the spot. I let the guy know that I was not at all concerned about the spot- I did that all by myself, but the table is in horrible shape otherwise, through no fault of my own! they are NOT going to do anything about the table because of the stain, and are offering my 200 bucks for the chairs that cost $190 dollars each! I am not wanting to accept this- when they pressured me to buy this extended warranty they promised to repair or replace the set if there are any problems!
Canadian furniture store NOT honoring the extended warranty I purchased- what should I do?
