Well Davey boy headlines in the Express (i dont purchase) today was that all police leave in somewhere was being cancelled due to new evidence hmmm! somewhere in UK
That means it took him around 2 minutes to leave the table and then go and check on the children and then come back. This only indicates it was within short walking distance. He could have been doing this many times as far as we know.

Not if everybody was taking turns checking on their children and on their friends’ children. if that was the case then O’Brien would have been away from the table for only about 5 minutes in total.
